I looked at dozens of webpages for CA Real Estate Attorneys. When I tell some what I found it will make most sick. They all talk about disclosure and disclosure requirements, but all but one very carefully crafted their websites to avoid clearly noting when disclosure was required CONTRARY TO THE CASE LAW existing.
George Wolf's website was the best resource I could find. We spoke briefly on the phone after a few emails went into his abyss. As a fellow engineer I thought he might be worth something. As near as I can tell, he must have prepped all this for something and then gotten his a-s handed to him one way or another. When I got down to the brass tacs of a real case and asked the key question, he shrivelled and hurried to get off the phone. As near as I can tell, all of these attorneys seem to realize trying to fight the entire industry is futile. Instead of admitting to harmed parties what is going on, they tap dance around until you hit the right button, at which point they will quickly suggest a referal to you or scurry off.
In a search after I initially found his website, I found a PDF online from him with the same info. The PDF was much easier to save, print and read. In subsequent searches I struggled to find that URL for the PDF again. Seems I got lucky with that search.
